Using Sunny

By creating an account, using the app, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Sunny.

Sunny is a personal organization and wellness-support tool. It may help with tasks, projects, habits, routines, notes, groceries, recipes, calendars, documents, shared workspaces, voice interactions, reminders, and AI-assisted planning.

Beta Product

Sunny is currently in private beta. Features may change, break, move, or be removed as we learn from testers. We will try to keep the app useful and stable, but beta access is provided as an early version of the product.

Your Account

You are responsible for your account, password, and activity. Please keep your login secure and tell us if you believe someone accessed your account without permission.

Connected Services and Wearables

Sunny may let you connect optional third-party services, including wearable or health providers such as Oura, WHOOP, Fitbit / Google Health, or Apple Health where supported. By connecting a service, you authorize Sunny to request, receive, store, sync, and process the data you approve for that service.

Third-party providers control their own accounts, APIs, availability, permission screens, rate limits, data accuracy, and terms. Sunny is not responsible for outages, missing data, changed provider APIs, rejected permissions, or provider decisions to limit or remove access. You can disconnect supported services in Sunny or revoke access through the provider's own settings.

Subscriptions, Trials, and Coupons

Sunny Pro is planned at $9.99 per month or $89 per year. Paid plans may include a 30-day trial. Beta testers may receive a limited promo code, such as 3 months included for up to 50 early testers. Payments, trials, coupons, renewals, and cancellations are processed by Stripe.

Prices, trial terms, and beta offers may change for future users, but changes will not intentionally surprise active subscribers without notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Sunny to break the law or harm another person.
• Try to access another user's private data without permission.
• Interfere with Sunny's security, hosting, database, or payment systems.
• Upload malicious files, spam, or abusive content.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the tasks, notes, plans, files, routines, wellness data, messages, settings, and other content you add to Sunny or authorize Sunny to receive. You give Sunny permission to store, process, display, sync, transmit, and summarize that content as needed to provide the service.

AI and Wellness Output Is Not Professional Advice

Sunny may help organize tasks, suggest plans, answer questions, and summarize information, including optional wearable or wellness trends. AI can be wrong, and wearable data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Sunny does not provide medical, legal, financial, investment, tax, emergency, or other professional advice. Sunny is not a medical device, healthcare provider, or emergency service. You are responsible for verifying important information before acting on it.

Do not use Sunny to diagnose, treat, prevent, or monitor a medical condition, or to make urgent safety decisions. For medical concerns, contact a qualified professional. For emergencies, contact local emergency services.

Reminders, Alerts, and Alarms

Sunny may provide reminders, alerts, alarms, calendar prompts, and habit nudges. These features depend on your device, browser, network, permissions, and service availability. Do not rely on Sunny for emergency, medication-critical, safety-critical, or legally required notifications.

Partner and Family Sharing

If you share areas of your workspace with another person, you are responsible for what you choose to share. Shared areas may include tasks, groceries, calendar items, notes, habits, projects, messages, and related activity. Review shared settings before adding sensitive content, including wellness, financial, or personal information.

Files, Imports, and User Material

If you upload or import files, images, documents, calendar files, links, or other material, you are responsible for having the right to use it and for checking that it does not contain information you do not want stored, processed, or shared.

Availability and Changes

We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of Sunny. We may also need to perform maintenance or respond to service provider outages. Connected-service features may change if a provider changes its API, permissions, pricing, review requirements, or availability.

Ending Access

You may stop using Sunny at any time. We may suspend or end access if an account violates these terms, creates risk, or misuses the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sunny is provided without warranties, and we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the service.
