Sunny uses AI and voice features to help organize your life, but you should stay in control of what gets created, changed, shared, or deleted.

Sunny may use AI to:
- Turn goals or voice notes into projects, tasks, routines, calendar items, or grocery items.
- Answer questions in AI Chat.
- Summarize or organize your current day.
- Interpret voice commands like adding groceries, creating tasks, or changing settings.
- Transcribe speech and generate spoken responses.
What Data May Be Sent to AI Providers
When you use AI features, Sunny may send your prompt, transcript, selected app context, and relevant saved information to an AI provider so it can respond. For example, if you ask Sunny to update a task, the request may include the task name and enough context to understand the action.
Voice Features
Voice features may use browser microphone access, speech transcription, and AI voice generation. Depending on the feature, audio, transcripts, and responses may be processed by OpenAI or other voice services. You can turn off microphone access in your browser or device settings.
Human Control
Sunny should help you move faster, but it should not secretly take over your life. You are responsible for reviewing AI-created plans, tasks, calendar events, shared items, and notes. Higher-impact actions, such as deletions, may ask for confirmation.
Financial, Medical, and Legal Topics
Sunny may help create research checklists or planning steps, but it is not a professional advisor and should not be used for medical, legal, financial, tax, emergency, or other professional decisions. For investing or finance requests, Sunny should help with research and decision preparation, not tell you what to buy or sell.
How to Limit AI Processing
- Use manual app features instead of AI or voice commands.
- Do not include sensitive details in prompts, notes, feedback, or screenshots.
- Disable microphone permissions if you do not want voice features available.

Feedback and Screenshots
If you send feedback or upload a screenshot, it may contain personal information visible on your screen. Please review screenshots before sending them.
Shared Data
Partner and family sharing features may expose selected content to another connected account. Review sharing settings carefully before adding sensitive information.
AI Can Make Mistakes
AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Sunny is meant to support your planning, not replace your judgment.
